Hopeful Dice Rolling is Not an Economic Recovery Strategy

The so-called economic recovery legislation shamefully passed by the House and Senate is a SPENDING bill, not a STIMULUS. It will only stimulate people who go through life with their hands out, i.e., local governments, school boards, shoddy businesses and some illegal immigrants who prefer three orders of pork per day.
The arrogant New York Senator Charles Schumer acknowledged that when he admitted the bill contains "tiny, porky amendments". He contends Americans don't care about reckless Government spending because, like all liberal Democrats, Schumer assumes that his constituents lack the intellectual capacity to see the difference between a billion and a trillion.
HOPING the bill rescues the economy is not a strategy. TRYING SOMETHING is not a solution. This is a HIJACK of the U.S. Treasury by our lawmakers. This moment calls for citizen mutiny.
We face an economic tsunami more serious than mere talk-radio fodder. How long before all of the hands out for a "bailout" become clenched fists of rage? Why rage? Because when the economy remains utterly stagnant six, eight, 10 months from now it will get our attention.

Get Your Feminine Side by Rolling Pink Dice

Have you played board games? If you do, then you are familiar with markers, turns and dice. Every broad game has dice, from Snakes and Ladders to Monopoly, and even gambling games in casinos. Today, you can choose from different dice apart from the ordinary white dice. These are different shades of black, red, blue, yellow, green, violet, and pink. So why won't you play with a die and show your feminine side now.
So what sets pink apart from the other colors? Pink as you know are a girly color. You have seen this color from Barbie toys like her clothes, dresses, shoes, castle, and even her unicorn. Girls dreamt being princesses with pink gowns, shoes and tiara. And you must be using pink pencils, bags, and notebooks during your grade school and ate your own pink cake. Pink softens a bad mood just by seeing it, and this attracts attention of people. Women are associated with pink just like men are associated with blue.

Historic Craps Roll

Until 2009, the longest dice roll by one person in the of casino gambling was recorded at two hours and 44 minutes. This occurred 15 years ago at the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas. Then, on May 23, 2009, in the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, a woman broke that record by holding the dice for an incredible four hours and 18 minutes.
I was in the Borgata that night playing craps. Unfortunately, I was not at her table. That Saturday I stopped playing around 7 p.m. and was on my way to diner. I passed a table and saw a woman rolling the dice. The table was packed and surrounded by spectators. I dismissed the event as just another hot roll with the typical yelling and screaming.

RPG Dice and Cheating

Brand new roleplayers should be warned about a certain kind of gamer. You'll figure this out yourself eventually, but there's no reason you should learn through the school of hard knocks. A certain highly competitive type of roleplayer tends to fudge their die rolls.
I'm not talking about the gamemaster who is rolling particularly hot and who fudge on the die roll to keep something horrible from happening to the group. That's white hat dice tactics. I'm talking about the player who out-and-out cheats on their dice rolls. Here's a few of the tactics to look out for.
Dice Tactics
The d100 is a big source of cheating in tabletop roleplaying. Since most people don't have an actual 100-sided die (they exist), most people use either two d10s or two d20s (using the last digit in double-digit numbers) to simulate the d100 experience. In either case, one die represents the single digit or single numbers (0-9) and the other represents the double digit numbers (counting by ten: 10, 20, 30...).

Dice Games Basics

The young and the old relish it, it governs the game with its different numbers, and it declares the winner who bags the business- 'Dice', the most significant element of a game. Dice is the life of each dice game but players hardly throw any attention to it. This article will be a talk about 'dice', its history, its types, dice games and little of their strategies.
A Delve into the Past
Numerous other things like fruits, nuts and stones etc. were used as a dice before the latter was made. The Greeks and the Romans had bones to play the dice games. The invention of dice came about around 6000 B.C. While several others believe that dice was born around 2000 B.C. Initially throwing of dice had different dimensions. People used to attach supernatural powers and other deities to the outcome of the dice. It is deemed that the Romans were the foremost users of the dice. The tradition later passed on to the French, Europeans and Chinese.

Game Mechanics Part 1

I've decided to write a series of  posts that deal with some of my favourite table top game mechanics.  To start, I'm going to go back to one of my favourite things about DnD: The dice.

They're just so sexy!

There have been a lot of games in the last few years that have custom dice.  While these games could be played with regular d6, and then have you convert the number to some other meaning, the games tend to be... slicker with the customized ones.

Online Craps is an exciting dice game which players rolls the dice and bet on the its outcome, it can be a roll or a series of rolls with a pair of dice. The modern version of the game with the "don't pass" betting option is introduced by a man named John H. Winn, which that version of the game still exist today.
In the most trusted online casino sites you can enjoy playing Craps like other online casino games.
When the game starts, a player or better known as the "Shooter" must bet at the least minimum on the Pass Line or the Don't Pass Line.
